All quotes and estimates provided via the website or consultation are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed only through a signed written contract. Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your specific project agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, blueprints, photographs of completed projects, and website content are the intellectual property of ByNoah Construction & Design. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use my designs for other projects without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
ByNoah Construction & Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or the performance of construction services beyond the scope of our signed insurance and contract agreements.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or my services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA.
